Look How I Make Bikes
First of all it’s necessary to choose geometry of the model. Each type of cycling requires its own. This time we choose a cruiser type. Such a bike is perfect for cycling in a city, in parks or cycling for beer. You sit on it like on a sofa being relaxed and feeling absolutely comfortable. So geometry of the bike means location of major components: pedals, steering wheel, saddle and wheels. Then we should sketch the frame of the bike.
Do not make it too complicated.
Then it’s nice to create a 3D model.
You can either print the sketch (bike’s life size) or draw it on the board.
Then the pipes are bent according to the sketch.
It’s going to be something like this.
To make the process more comfortable you can connect some of them by welding.
Of course, it’s not only pipes we have to make. There are a lot of smaller components.
The bent pipes are to be finally welded on the stocks (the picture is of another bike here).
